• Choosing your spring:

  The stroke of the spring is the amount the spring will compress before binding. To ensure compatibility, the spring stroke must be greater than or equal to your shock s stroke. But if you get a spring too long, it will not fit on your shock body. As a rule of thumb, get the spring with shortest stroke that is at least as long as your shock s stroke.
